Welcome to Covenant Homecare and Hospice

Covenant HomeCare is the area’s largest locally owned home health and hospice provider with one of the largest rehabilitation departments in East Tennessee.  We care for more than 4,700 patients annually, through branches in Knoxville, Oak Ridge and Morristown.

Our mission is to help people live with comfort, dignity and independence.  We offer a complete range of services for transitional or continued care, including skilled nursing, certified nursing assistants, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social services and behavioral health services and home medical equipment.  We also have specialized services and clinicians for congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, infusion therapy, joint replacement, stroke rehabilitation and wound care.
