Welcome to Covenant HomeCare!

Covenant HomeCare is the area’s largest locally owned home health and hospice provider with one of the largest rehabilitation departments in East Tennessee.  We care for more than 4,700 patients annually, through branches in Knoxville, Oak Ridge and Morristown.

Our mission is to help people live with comfort, dignity and independence.  We offer a complete range of services for transitional or continued care, including skilled nursing, certified nursing assistants, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social services and behavioral health services and home medical equipment.  We also have specialized services and clinicians for congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, infusion therapy, joint replacement, stroke rehabilitation, wound care and palliative care.

Covenant Hospice was the first hospice program in Tennessee.  Hospice provides support and care for terminally ill patients so they may live as fully and as comfortably as possible.  Considered to be the model for compassionate end-of-life care, hospice uses a team-oriented approach to medical care, pain management, and emotional/spiritual support that is tailored to the patient and family's needs.

Our triage department is staffed with registered nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our centralized intake department processes referrals efficiently for the convenience of patients, families, and physicians.  Covenant HomeCare is Medicare-certified and CHAP-accredited.

Covenant HomeCare serves the following counties:  Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier and Union.  For more information, please call our main number at (865) 374-0600.
